Can we make a similar floor plan with our Sweet Home software?

Hello all

I have started using Sweethome software and day by day learning new things and getting impressed with the output.

One of the reason i started looking for a sweet home kind of software is the image in the below link

I was very impressed with the clarity of this image

Can we do a similar image with our sweet home software OR is there any other sophisticated software to get this good an image?

Sudha,

There's no reason why you couldn't make something very similar with SH3D.
It only takes:
- the time to really learn the program
- the right models for your furniture
- the right textures for your surfaces.

You would then have to try out how to render the photo, playing a bit with the illumination.

its quit easy to make the image like that just decrease the height of the walls or just make them transparent place all the furnitures
adjust some lights create advanced rendering photos there the image is nicer then the one you have seen.....

I will try and hopefully with experience, i can make better pictures.

Couple of challenges that i have are:

1.Print is very small and the entire floor plan is not clearly visible and
2. When i zoom the smaller picture, the quality goes down

Any suggestions please?

change the size of you picture while you create the pictures by increasing the pixals i.e height and width.

I am not seeing Create Advanced photo option..am i missing something?

Sudha,

If you use version 2.6, you can install the AdvancedRender plug-in. See the tutorial.

If you use version 3.0, the functions of that plug-in have been integrated into SH3D, so you don't need the plug-in. However, would you prefer the plug-in, it still can be installed, and is working correctly.
