Only red boxes ...

Hi there

I am using a mac to run sweethome and got a file from a windows user that only shows red crosses/ red boxes where doors, furniture or windows would be ... if I send him a file from mac everything shows as it should do.

What is wrong with my installation? Any help appreciated.

Nothing is wrong in your installation.
I just think the file transfer got wrong.
3D files are completely compatible across operating systems.

so you think I should just ask him to save his version again and mail me? Will do and come back next week to tell if it worked.

You could already ask him the size of his SH3D file and compare it with your SH3D file.
As SH3D file are zipped files, maybe your email tool unzip it as it shouldn't have.

good idea. I meanwhile installed sweethome on WIN as well and am still having the same issue. I'll check with him again and come back.
