Is there away to get a photo-realistic render without lights interfering? I just want a high quality render with no shadows.

Photo-realistic rendering is mostly about how to render shadows! Without shadows, your image can't be photo-realistic. Look around you: there are shadows everywhere.
But maybe you're looking for softer shadows or want to avoid Sun shadows. Softer shadows can be obtained by enlarging light sources. Sun shadows can be removed by choosing a night hour. Then if you don't want a black sky, choose a texture for the sky and use a virtual visitor point of view.
