Anyone know how to lift floor?
I just want to make my floor lift about 30 centimeters,
If you know how to, Help me some

Boy,

Floors always are at the ground level in SH3D. However, there are two workarounds:

1 - read this tutorial
2 - Use a large box, 30 cms high, and place your furniture on top of that box.

Which solution works best depends on the situation.
