Bad video quality

I was looking for here in the forum but could not find a similar problem.
I'm trying to create a video with best quality or one step below
but the result video quality is bad.
Only the same rendering in the 3d view+shadows is good.
I thought that something went wrong on the textures that I've done.
I tried different resolutions but the result was always the same.
Finally I downloaded SweetHome3DExample3.sh3d has also tried, but the result was the same.

The whole video is very noisy.

I don't think it's so bad. You've got what you get for a faster computing.
If you don't like it, use the best quality or a larger resolution, before reducing it with a video tool.
