One wall 3 colours

Hi!

Sorry for so lame question...
Have to make one wall in more then one colour?
Like in bathroom, there is one tile 1m from floor, then there is 5 cm border, and rest wall just panted or something.
Have to make like that?

well you need to create the texture you would like to apply to your wall.
