Bought it from AppStore, but can not install

Payment was processed, money gone. AppStore continues to offer to buy the application. There is no icon in the Launchpad

Did you try the suggestions in the FAQ I just changed computer and want to reinstall Sweet Home 3D on it. How can I retrieve the version I acquired ?
Which AppStore are you talking about?
