Wooden roof structure (How to?)

How can I make a roof structure made of beams under different angles attached to a roof that goes from approx. 45 degrees for the major part of the roof to a section of approx 30 degrees. The structure also has supporting beams under an angle of 40-45 degrees. Alltogether a complex structure I would like to make out of individual wooden beams. Suggestions?

Long, thin boxes can serve as beams. In the Modify panel you can rotate them.

For the roof, you could use walls, which you can easily draw at the angles needed. Export and import them and rotate 90 degrees.
