Sweet Home 3d bought paid version today 11/08/2020

After install, from windows store i receive:

I have the free program and it works in java starting mode, I bought the paid version today but I have no way to make it work, I tried all the possibilities indicated in the faq, but i receive the error:

"sweet home 3d will exit now because of fatal error in the 3d rendering system of your computer. please update the directX/openGL drivers of your computer graphic card"

I have a dell xps with intel 3000, how can i make the paid version work? If it doesn't work I go back to the freeware one, but I would like to be refunded. thank you
