How to Delete Rule

I want to know how can I delete rule on top and on the side.
for example: my back wall is on 0Meter vertical line. Next to 0M is -1, -2, etc.. How do I delete the -1m and -2m etc.

Unselect the Visible checkbox for the Rulers option in the preferences pane.
