How can I put 3D view on the right side instead of bottom?

How can I put 3D view on the right side instead of bottom?

I have an ultra wide monitor, and it looks ridiculous with the bottom 3d view, but I can't find a way to put it on the right side.

I can make it a new window, but it does allow to resize, so I can't attach to the right side of the screen.

Select the menu item 3D View > Display in separate window and resize the windows with their borders.
