Upgrade to 6.4 on Linux Mint?

I have 6.2 installed, but I can't figure out how to get 6.4 installed on Linux Mint.

I downloaded SweetHome3D-6.4.2-linux-x64.tgz, but I can't seem to find any instruction, or any way to get it running.

But the Snap of 6.2 installed.

Any help would be great.

What about instructions in Download page? Aren’t they clear enough?
