Installation problem

I´ve installed last version (6.5) by installer (Windows). It doesn´t work - message something like "redering 3D problem. Update DirectX/OpenGL-drivers" I don´t find way to do.

Then I install Java-version. It doesn´t start at all.

I have had it working some time ago, now I tried again and with new installations. What to do?
