Unable To Install Sweet Home 3D

Hello friends. Whenever I want to try to install Sweet Home 3D on my Windows 10 computer, shows an “error opening file for writing” error. Is there anyone who can tell me the way to solve this problem? Any suggestions will be appreciated.
