Printout of 3D View is small

My Plan prints well (fills the A4 or A3 page), but the 3D View is much smaller in both the Print Preview window and on the printed page.
Any ideas how I can get the 3D View to fill the page?

The printed 3D view always occupy a square space in the page. If you want another size, you should try to create an image with the proportions of your choice using the dialog box displayed by the 3D view > Create photo menu item.
