3D view non showing

I am new to this program. [:D]

How do I enable the 3D view?

When I tap on "3D view" menu nerby "help" than tap on "virtual visit", nothing happens....

WHat do I do wrong? [:(]

Maybe you hid the 3D view by moving the separator between the plan and the 3D view to the bottom of the window. If it's the case, move it back to a higher position.
If it's not the case, can you see the 3D view of a demo available in File > New from demo menu item?
