Hi, I drawn 2 plans for 2 floors of the same house, can I merge them ?

You could select all and copy selected items in one home plan, then create a level in the second home plan and paste the previously copied items.
Under Windows, pay attention to open the second home plan with File > Open recent to be able to copy paste between documents.
