Wrong download version from Microsoft Store

I have been using free version 6.4.2. I wanted more furniture and textures so I downloaded the paid version from the Microsoft link. It should have been version 6.6.1 but the version I got was 6.2.1 which is older than the free version I already have. How do I get the correct paid version 6.6.1?

You should update Windows 10 to a more recent version (at least 10.0.17763.0).
