Batch Print Jobs

The biggest pain when working on my design is setting up and rendering and printing all the views.

1. Change "print setup" to "print plan" and then select and print to pdf each level, making the correct levels "selected" and "viewable".
2. Change "print setup" to "print 3d view" and select "virtual visit" and restore each stored "point of view" i want and then print to pdf each of them.
3. Use the "Display side view" tool to "Save to png" at each of 4 angles (0,90,180,270).
4. Arrange the above "print to pdf" and "save to png" results in a master pdf for distribution.

Ideally, this would all be possible with a "batch print job".
