I can no longer open the file properly

Dear developers of Sweet Home 3D.
I have been using SH3D for a long time with great pleasure.
However, at the moment I have a problem with a file I was working on.
I can no longer open the file properly. Sometimes it works, but as soon as I want to change something, the program freezes.
I have reinstalled Java and SH3D but nothing helps.
There might be something corrupt in the library but I wouldn't know how to fix this eventual error.
If I open an older file it works fine. Is my work file perhaps too large by now?
Who can help me?
