How to print the layout in Black & White, as in only just the layout, without furniture

As I do not need the layout plan to be printed into the the color with all the furniture, how can I set to print the layout only, in black and white , without the furniture / with the furniture but in lines black and white?black and white

You could hide all the furniture or cut / paste it in a level that you would make unviewable at printing time. And rooms can appear only as grey if you select the Monochrome option in preferences.
