Roof cannot be brought down, it's impossible to lower it on the top of the building

The roof (the red one or the blue one) from the Contributions, when inserted in the plan, it's impossible to lower it on the top of the building. it stops at a few feet in the air.
Also when moving it, it moves by itself and sticks to some imaginary guide line that do not exist.
I am having a nightmare

Objects can’t have a negative elevation in their level, the reason why your roof items should be moved to a lower level.

Also when moving it, it moves by itself and sticks to some imaginary guide line that do not exist. I am having a nightmare

If the roof elements are in the top level, and that level has no other elements, then the height of that level can be lowered until the roof rests on the walls below.

If it has other elements and the height of the level is changed then the elevation of each of those elements will have to be changed as well.
