What other 3D applications can import sh3d files?

Is there a way to export a sh3d file to another 3d format?
Or I can ask the question differently: What other 3D applications can import sh3d files?
My construction developer does not use SH3D and does not want to get involved in learning anything new.
I though there maybe a way for him to visualize this.

He could install Sweet Home 3D and opens your file. Watching your plans doesn't require him to learn the software!
You can also export your plans to SVG format, and the 3D view to OBJ format or in Exported homes manager which will create a link that you can share with him.
