In House Editing to Libraries

I am frustrated by the lack of facility to edit items or delete them from a library from within the 3D Software itself.

I understand that you can do this by using the furnituelibraryeditor that is provided but I have had numnerous problems installing and using java and also with editing and saving items in the existing libraries.

Is there any way an additional editing function can be added to the software to enable the deletion of items from a library?

Right-Click provides a contextual menu.

Modify Furniture provides a wizard to change category ..

Not a full library editor but something ...
