Very nice! A real project or a fantasy project?

You've got quite a unique look on your renders. Is that Yafaray or SunFlow? I see a few spots of fireflies but overall it is a nice smooth look.

You have left us hanging on what is upstairs... hint-hint

I'm not so sure about a pool/billiards table next to the pool. I don't imagine the baize will like rain or pool water, and they're not exactly portable. Perhaps a glass balustrade to prevent any unintentional dips in the pool.
