Room Dimensions

one of the most frustrating things is not being able to type in exact Room dimensions that same as you can do in Walls; instead you have drag and drop corners to hopefully exact position

as an aside, Rooms should be renamed Spaces as frequently they are nothng to do with actual 'rooms'
