Change center of 3D view panel

Hi, I'm trying to create different versions of the same house in the Home Plan panel of my project. The issue I'm facing is that I can't then zoom in and focus on a specific house version within the 3D View Panel.

I wonder if there is a way to change the center of the 3D View Panel to be at the specific location the version I'm working at a given moment?

Or, is there a better approach to create different designs for the same house in a single project?
