Can someone tell me how I can produce a ramp 100 x 100 x 0 - 30 cm ?
Would like to make a slight increase in the garden.

For a simple ramp you can use the Generate Shape tool (menu: Tools, Generate 3D Shape.)
Specifically for landscaping there's this set of objects: https://sourceforge.net/p/sweethome3d/d-models/299/ created by OK Hoff.
