Problem to create a photo

Dear All,

whenever I try to create a photo of my plannings, it starts for a few second but it does not create any photo.
It worked a few weeks ago, but since a few days i am not able to create a photo anymore.

Does anybody know how to sort this out?

What rendering quality did you try?
If you tried the two best qualities, could you tell us whether the current beta version 2.3 works better for you?

You could make a VERY simple design with just 1 or 2 standard items and try if it works OK. If so, the programs runs fine. You could also try a design you made a few weeks ago and see if it still works OK.

If you can make a succesfull rendering of a very simple design, than you may inspect the design with the problems. Maybe one of the objects you used causes the problems. By deleting one object at a time you can find out which object it is.

Alternatively check the forum section that deals with 3D problems. Sometimes graphics cards or drivers may cause problems.

Dear Emmanuel, dear Hans,

thank you very much, your ideas pushed me to the solution.
I've opend my original plan and copied everything with Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V into a new plan.
After that I was able to create a photo again without any limitations.
