Program crash save work?

Hey, I have been backing up a project all day and now the program just crashed on me. Is there any way I can save the cache file or something? I'm working on a Mac and currently, the spinning rainbow wheel is all I see, but the program is still running. Please help, otherwise, a whole day of work will be lost...

Just let the program crash and when you’ll run it again, a recovered version of your project should be proposed automatically. Then just save it.
