Is there a way to get more options for the "pattern in plan" in SH3D?

Is there a way to get additional patterns for the "pattern in plan" option of "Modify Walls->Pattern and color of top"?

I'd like something like dashed box, or better yet the ability to specify a snippet of SVG or whatever.

This requires to change the program.
