The 3d view shows strange lines, see picture below

It's a known bug in Adrenalin graphics driver.
Either you install Sweet Home 3D 64 bit (run installer again and select 64 bit architecture when prompted), or you update Adrenalin graphics driver.

When I open your file and make a render, I get a very different result from yours.

Please, share the EXACT file that causes the problem.

I did not see the 64bit option at first, it seems to work now!

suggestion: maybe it is a good idea to make the 64bit version the default selection!
