Installed but Won't Run

We installed SH3D 7.5 on a Windows 11 laptop. The progam installed just fine; however, we go to start it and the splash screen flashes and it won't start. We've uninstalled, restarted, and re-installed to no avail. Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. [:)]

After installing the updated plug-in on my computer, it shows: In order to be able to edit/edit line connections, you need to install the 3D Viewport Object Plug-in 3.0 or higher. Then it crashes and cannot open the program. Please ask the programmer how to solve it
