Resize dimension line as wall resizes

I have a wall. I added a dimension line for it. I resize the wall. The dimension line remains the same. Can the dimension line be resized automatically?

It's on the wishlist of multiple members for some time now.

We're working on it, but make it easier for yourself by adding a new dimension by double-clicking on the wall's edge, depending on whether you need an external or internal dimension.
