Wall colors and light source

Hi,

I noticed on my model that when I select the same color in for walls in a room, the side walls color looks very different from the back wall. I believe it is the simulation of the lighting of the time of the day in the time zone setting, which is PST in my case. Can you point me to learn more on how to control/manage this sunlight simulation in the tool? Can you turn it off completely?

Hmm, I don't see an option to select "Artificial lighting" in the Modify 3D View.
