Lost all libraries, items and textures -reset to basic settings

Hello, can I ask for your help? All the created libraries, items and textures were deleted. The program returned to the basic settings = I lost the Preferences settings: Unit, New walls thickness. I had custom folders created in the library with custom furniture - those disappeared. Also own textures as "user".
I didn't do any update.
This has happened to me several times this year.
In the folder: C:\Users\user\eTeks\Sweet Home 3D I see 201 files furniture..... .pref and texture.... .pref but I don't see them in the program.
