Error installing app from app store after payment

Error installing app from appstore after payment

The app starts to download, but at some point the download is interrupted and shows an error: ‘app download failed, failed to install suite home 3d, try again later’.

Tried on apple m2 laptop and imac - same error

Can you tell me what's wrong?

Please contact Apple, this must be an error in relation with App Store app
