Fresh Install Isn't Fresh

I've installed Sweethome before. I made a custom library, put on some plugins, etc, and now, I want to redo it all over. I'm trying to get a fresh install of SweetHome 3D. So, I uninstall the folder, moved all my projects and libraries to an external harddrive, and uninstalled the folder. However, when I reinstall it, it gives me everything I once had on the old folder, all my old libraries, all the old plugins, etc.

How can I get a fresh install, or at least make it as if it were a fresh install?

It should be noted I'm on Windows 11.

You have to delete the settings from your user profile folder, it is explained in the FAQs at "How can I uninstall Sweet Home 3D?"
