Cam Data Generator XL alternative

After several discussions about #55 Camera Data Generator, I finally decided this (rainy) weekend to create my own tool in Excel.
I find it more practical because I can generate as many workbooks as I want with different parameters, view the output, and modify it if necessary before generating the csv.
I thank xlance for the idea that I took with a slightly different approach, without any pretensions.
