unable to calculate photo

Hi!
I'm having a problem with rendering. When I launch the "create 3D photo" function, a red X appears in the window shortly afterward, saying "unable to calculate photo." Help! Thanks... [:(]

Probably not enough system resources available.

See "How can I adjust the memory used by Sweet Home 3D" on the FAQ page to increase the amount of memory Sweet Home 3D is allowed to use.

What kind of computer hardware do you have?

Try to create a new project, insert just one model and try to render. If it shows the red X, then the problem is not the available memory. Then post the result here so it will be easier to assist you.
