I have many proplems , please help me

Hi every one ....

I have Sweet Home3D 2.3 + windows Vista

First of my proplems is : some times when open again my project , the furniture become red x !!!

second : when I finsh my project and I want to save ... Icant save and show me erroe

Third : when I want creat video ... show me.. thise : error .. could not create the video no more memory to complete

Four : my projects are very heavy , and in 3D Icant to move to another way

This program is good , but always I have many proplems with it .

please tell me what are solutions for these proplems ??

First and second problems are bound. If a red cross appears for a piece of furniture, it means the SH3D file is wrong, and you Sweet Home 3D can't save again a wrong file. See this thread for possible fixes.

For the third and fourth problems, try the new version 2.4 because it manages better memory. Try also to increase memory used by Sweet Home 3D with this solution. Then if it still fails, avoid using objects with big texture images.
