Video rendering crashes in v3.0 b9

Emmanuel,

I tried to make a very simple test video on my Ubuntu PC, but every time it crashes as soon as I start the rendering process. I tried the two smallest video settings with the lowest quality setting.

If you need more info, or further testing, please let me know.

Does it crash at any quality level?
A crash log would be welcomed indeed... [:)]

I did one short video test with v3-b9 at quality setting 2 with 12 fps. It rendered without problem, so I stopped the rendering at setting 3 after 10 or so images.

Optimistic by nature, I did another render at quality setting 1, but once again it crashed (log file 8441). This time I noticed the crash occurred at the 4th of 112 images.

The last three log files are from the crashes last night.
