Confused!

There is a model i designed in v2.5 now i am using v3.0.
well the problem is that the texture i applied to the model previously take more time to load in v3 and those textures are deleted from texture gallery...i cannot reduce the size of the texture to see if that might work....is it in my head that it is working slow now or..... [[-(]..
i thought it worked really well in v2.5...

sorry hans....i forgot to share my models with you!!
and now i have change the model with the new textures and deleted all the furnitures i initially placed.
i am not having the problems now....so i dont suppose sharing the model might be necessary,is it???
soon i will share the completed model.
