When I first started using, the program would print the layout AND the 3D view. Now it only prints the layout, and I get a popup "3D Error" and the 3D view does not print.
Windows XP SP3 on a desktop. Any ideas?
Using the online version.

Quite weird behavior...
What I would do is installing Sweet Home 3D on the computer with the DirectX version, export your layout to SH3D format with the 5th button in the toolbar of the online version, and print the exported file with the installed version.
