Sudenly furniture turn into red

"Meanwhile i was working with the program, in a instant the furniture turned red.
I need your help to fix this screenfrezze (the screen locked and i cannot keep working), or could you please also explain me how may I get back my house design".

Do you mean, the 3D view you were seeing was correct, then without restarting Sweet Home 3D and reopening your file, you saw objects turn to red???
If this is exactly what happened, it would be the first time I ever heard about this!

Anyway, if your computer crashed while you were using Sweet Home 3D, restart it, relaunch Sweet Home 3D and trust auto recovery feature available in Sweet Home 3D since version 3.0.
Of course, if you use an older version or if you disable this feature in preferences, you won't get anything...
