3D VIEW Unavailable in Windows 7

Hello Everyone.

I am having a problem when taking the plant display in 3D MODE . In the window where it should display the 3D model, NOTHING APPEARS . I have installed the latest version of Sweet Home 3D. My operating system is Windows Vista Ultimate 64. Before functioned normally in Windows Vista Premium 32.

Is that the problem is the operating system?

I would appreciate your help.

Please, clarify what you mean. Plan or plant ??

Plan -> The 3D preview is not visible
Plant -> You inserted a plant that will not render in the 3D preview.

Hi hansmex, I mean Plan -> The 3D preview is not visible. This function woks perfectly on Windows Vista 32 and not in Windows 64. (same computer)
