Move/copy&paste rooms

Amateur mistake. [:-/] After making a middle room, I decided to go ahead and do the rest of the floor. Trouble is, it's too close to 0x0 and there's no room for the room.

Is it possible to move or copy & paste a block of rooms, or a room and its contents, without having to recreate the whole thing?
