Create Photo, Create Video not working at all!

hello,
I am new to sweet home 3D.

Simply create photo and create video keep showing a blank window.
I tried to select all options, navigate everywhere in the house, on both aerial and visit views.

I am on Windows 7 64 bit, and my java is Version 6 Update 26.
Graphics card is ATI Radeon HD 3430.

Hi...I have experienced this problem although on a totally different platform, here are the details:

SweetHome3D version: 3.3.
(Sun) Java version: 1.6.0_26.
OS: Ubuntu 11.04 32bit.
GPU: on-board Intel Mobile 915GM/GMS/910GML Express.
Error: when starting sweethome3d from terminal, I get a "Segmentation fault" when doing 3DView > Create a photo.

Zeno, your problem is completely different from aszahran's one even if it happens in the same place. Your problem must be bound to your video driver (see the FAQ Sweet Home 3D crashes when I want to edit preferences, print, create a photo or create a video. What can I do?), whereas aszahran's one is probably due to a bug I fixed in version 3.3.
aszahran, could you confirm it works for you now?

I tried version 3.3 but it seems there is no difference.
(PS: I installed it over the same old directory, if this should matter)

I tried it on my fiancee's computer (a Win 7 32 desktop, with also ATI Radeon HD card) and the same problem occurred.

I am using a solid color for both sky and ground.
Thought this would matter after reading your comments on version 3.3 changes.

I am also using the "advanced modify" and the "create advanced photo" plugins. of course the create advanced photo window is also blank!
