3D bi-fold door question

I've found plenty of 3D bi-fold doors, but none of them look like an architectural symbol for a bi-fold door, in 2D. There is just a rectangle that shows. I'm drawing some floor plans that need a bi-fold symbol, but would like it to work in 3D as well. We already have access to single door symbols, that also work in 3D, but none for bi-fold doors.
