Help to create my apartment

Hi! I am a newbie in the amazing Sweet Home 3D, and now miss few days to receive the keys to my apartment [:D]
But i dont have experience with this, and need help to reproduce this in SW3D:

Start with looking at the video tutorial.
Then read the user guide, and use the excellent built-in help.
There are also a few tutorials that may help solve problems with multi-level houses, roofs, plug-ins etc.
